You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a personalised item, for example), if you contact us directly or add a note to the order.

Payment is processed through Stripe, we do not receive any card or bank details.

Information about our customers is important to our business. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

We share your name and address with the Royal Mail or a chosen courier to deliver your order.

We may be asked to provide proof of the orders for our accounts to our accountant and HMRC.

We send marketing emails to customers that have subscribed. If you do not subscribe you will not receive any marketing emails.

How We keep your data secure

We have security measures on all of the laptops and devices to ensure data is stored securely.

Our website is hosted by 1and1 Ionos and our mailing list is provided by mailchimp.com. 

All data held is password protected, with these passwords being changed regularly. 

Requesting a copy of the data we hold on you

You can request a copy of all data we currently hold on file for you. We are legally required to provide this free of charge and within one month of the original request.

Requesting we delete all the data we hold

If you would like us to delete all the data we hold on you we are legally required to do so, you can request this by contacting us by through the contact page or email info@wearenurturedbynature.co.uk.
